Shipping policy

Every piece is folded and packed with care before being securely packaged and shipped off to you.

You will receive a tracking number the same day via email the package leaves our facility.

You have until your order is shipped to cancel your order without any penalty or restocking fee. 

All orders that are special ordered with your personal image will not be refundable unless its brought to or attention within 5 days that the product was damaged in some way. 

No special order will be made unless approval of artwork and colors are emailed back.

Shipping for special orders are within 10 business days from approval unless otherwise stated.
